The mission of the Hendersonville Samaritan Association is to be neighbors in the tradition of the Good Samaritan, helping families get through a crisis that has disrupted their life-style and assisting them in becoming self-sufficient.

The Hendersonville Samaritan Association runs the local food bank. They also maintain an active thrift store with proceeds going to help fund the food bank. In addition, the center provides emergency assistance such as utility assistance and assistance with prescription medicines.
